Leigh Anne Martrain
Leigh Anne is a proud Louisiana State University alumni with a love for the Sportsman's Paradise and its Cajun culture. Since graduating with a degree in business marketing, she has found herself in the residential building industry, from selling the foundation of the project to the finished project itself. As an HGTV enthusiast and a people person who loves a challenge, she has found sales in the construction industry combines both passions. She gets to forge new relationships with industry associates from all walks of life from the architects to the installers. While working as a project assistant to a residential builder in college, she gained valuable insight of the builder perspective on products and expectations. Real estate only furthered her sales skills by working in new construction sales and understanding the end users demands for quality and aesthetics in projects. With 7 years of business to business experience, she has enjoyed selling everything from concrete to luxury plumbing because there is an excitement to being able to be an essential part of a project and watching it go from conception to cradle. She believes the key to sales is relationships, out of the box marketing approaches, and knowing that "no" doesn't close the door, only brings you back to the drawing board.
